The Tulsa MLS (Multiple Listing Service) is the tool used by Tulsa Realtors to post and research data about Tulsa homes for sale and those pending and sold. The Tulsa MLS provides information about comparable properties for sale or sold, allowing Tulsa Realtors to properly advertise homes for sale and research comparable properties to estimate a home's worth.
An enhanced supplement available through the Tulsa MLS is the Realist System, a merging of county tax records and Tulsa MLS data. Some of the new features are the ability to look at a property by road, aerial, hybrid or birdseye view. In addition to viewing individual parcels of properties and their lot dimensions, we can also look up neighbors and nearby businesses.
