Tulsa Home Sales in the Winter Months - will Santa bring you a Buyer?
It's almost mid-December, and I have two properties ready to go on the market . . . obviously my Tulsa home Sellers are wondering if it's a good time to list their properties for sale. 
I can only answer with this: I received offers on three listings in the last ten days - one is scheduled to close in late December and the other two are scheduled to close in January. Obviously, Tulsa home buyers are still shopping, despite the colder temperatures and time of year.

Some Tulsa home Sellers will pull their properties off the market during the holidays, which DECREASES the inventory of Tulsa homes for sale. Yet, home buyers are still taking advantage of the low interest rates or may need to purchase due to a job transfer.
We don't have crystal balls and there is no ONE right answer. But, if you've prepared your home for sale and are ready to price it competitively and realistically, jump on in - we'll see if Santa won't bring you a Buyer!
