We have an amazing condominium complex along the banks of the Arkansas river that is on the edge of downtown and a pretty swanky place to live. Although the condos are affordable, the monthly fee is hefty - but includes separate storage, valet parking and a dozen other amazing perks. My client and I have had a good time looking at the units for sale, and she is in LOVE with the master bedroom closet - about 16-feet square.
