Previewing Homes: A Valuable Service I offer Home Buyers in Tulsa Oklahoma
One valuable service I offer home buyers is to “preview” homes for them. Usually I can spend one “outing” with a Buyer to get a feel for their likes, dislikes, wants and needs. 
As we have learned through shopping together, photos on the internet can be very misleading or in many cases, non-existent. What one REALTOR describes as “charming vintage” actually means that the home built in 1923 still has the original wallpaper.
If you are looking for a fixer-upper, then a home described as “just waiting for your creative ideas” will likely be a match for you. However, if you are looking for a move-in ready home purchase, you will probably match up with a home described as “immaculate” versus one that “needs TLC.”
It’s easy for me to preview homes during the day while you are at work – I can be in and out of a home in five minutes and know whether it will suit or interest you. It’s easier to schedule occupied homes during the day, and I can narrow your search down to only homes that I
think will be distinct possibilities for you.
While previewing homes today, I didn’t even bother to go upstairs in one home – there was obvious structural damage, peeling paint and an awkward floor plan – none of which could have been detected by the internet photos or description provided by the Listing REALTOR.
