Tulsa Realtors are all independent contractors, and not all Tulsa Realtors have a plan to market your home. We each approach marketing your Tulsa home for sale in a different manner and you need to decide who has the approach that meets your goals and time frame.

In typical residential Tulsa real estate sales, move-in ready homes are selling for top dollar, while homes in "as is" condition or in disrepair are lingering on the market.   2. Price your home competitively and realistically.
  3. Market your Tulsa home for sale aggressively across the internet.

That's this Tulsa Realtor's marketing plan, and I don't mind sharing it. Not all Tulsa Realtors will be honest about pricing your Tulsa home for sale and not all Sellers are willing to do the work up front that will yield the largest amount of money.
